<추가하는 부분> 라) 난민면접 당시 원고의 진술에 의하면 원고가 속한 마을(커뮤니티)의 인구는 2만 명 정도이고 원고는 마을을 지키는 자치조직인 B(청년단체)의 부사령관이었으며 그 조직은 800-1,000명의 남자로 구성되어 있었다. 그런데 80-100여명 되는 사람들이 2015. 12., 2016. 2., 2017. 3. 세차례 마을을 공격하여 총으로 사람을 죽이는 등 유혈사태를 벌임에도 B 조직이 아무런 대항도 하지 않고 뿔뿔이 흩어졌다는 것은 쉽게 납득이 가지 않는다. 2015. 12. 약 10명 정도, 2016. 2에는 약 40명 정도의 사망자가 나왔음에도 언론에 보도가 되지 않았다는 것도 이례적이다. 2017. 3.에는 이들에 의해 원고의 부모가 살해당하였는데, 2017. 5.에야 장례식을 치렀다는 것도 수긍하기 어렵다. 주지사 선거에서 당선된 주지사가 선거에서 자신을 지지하지 않았다는 이유로 폭력단체를 사주하여 위와 같이 마을 사람들을 거리낌 없이 살해한다는 것도 쉽게 이해할 수 없다. B 조직이 별다른 대항도 하지 않고 흩어졌음에도 B 조직의 부사령관을 지냈다는 원고를 추적하여 살해해야 할 동기가 충분한지도 의문이다. 마) 난민면접 당시 원고의 진술에 의하면 자치조직인 B가 반정부단체가 아니고 원고 자신이 정치적 활동을 하지 않았고 정당에 가입하지 않았으며 범죄를 저지르지 않았다.
