1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.

1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited by the court of first instance is identical to the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept it as it is.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of the principal lawsuit is justified within the scope of the above recognition, and the remainder of the claim is dismissed as it is without merit. The defendant's counterclaim is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff and the defendant's appeal are all dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
