1. As to each of the Plaintiffs listed in the separate sheet, the Defendant shall pay KRW 101,60,00 for each of the Plaintiffs as stated in the separate sheet, from October 2, 2014 to February 12, 2015.
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is designated as a traditional temple under the Preservation of Traditional Buddhist Temples Act and completed the registration thereof, and owns, on the ground of 11,588,356 square meters of land in the Gicheon-gu, Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-do and on the ground of 70 square meters of the above luminous Ri, "Yacheon-gu," "Yacheon-si," "Yacheon-si," "Yacheon-si," "Yacheon-si," "Yacheon-si," "Sacheon-si," "Sacheon-si," "Sacheon-si," "Sacheon-si," "Sasan-do," "Masan-do," "Masan-do," "Masan-do," and many cultural heritage resources under the Cultural Heritage Protection Act, and are owned by City/Do-designated cultural heritage and cultural heritage resources.
Most of the land on which the above structures are built are the land within the boundary of the defendant temple (the land belonging to the temple for the Buddhist temple's consciousness, the conduct of Buddhist worship, and the edification of believers and believers).
B. A 861 local highway (hereinafter “instant road”), which connects the area of a Dognam-si (hereinafter “Gugnam-si”) to the area of a Dogsan National Park, is passing through the border of the Defendant’s temple. When the instant road is moved from the area of a Gugnam-si to the area of a Signam-si (hereinafter “Sigsan-si”). On the other hand, when moving along the instant road from the area of a Guggsan-si, the vehicle passes through the passage of the Defendant’s temple to the Defendant’s border.
