1. The Defendants jointly share the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and KRW 30,000,000 among them, from June 10, 2012 to May 30, 2013.
In full view of the overall purport of Gap's evidence Nos. 3 and 4 and the whole purport of Gap's evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the authenticity of which is acknowledged by the whole purport of each of the above evidence and arguments, the plaintiff lent to defendant Eul a total of KRW 40 million over two occasions as follows, and defendant C guarantees the plaintiff's obligations of the above borrowed money against the plaintiff on each of the above lending dates.
On April 26, 2012: (a) Lending money: 30 million won: From June 10, 2012 to June 18, 2012; (b) the due date for repayment: the lending date of June 18, 2012: June 18, 2012; (c) the interest rate of KRW 10 million from the 31.0% from the following day of July 31, 2012 to the 20.0% of the annual interest rate of KRW 20%; (d) the Plaintiff seeks an annual interest rate of KRW 40 million from the 20.3% from the following day of the contract to the 20.3% of the annual interest rate of KRW 10,000; and (e) the Plaintiff seeks an annual interest rate of KRW 20,300,000 from the 20.3% of the total annual interest rate of KRW 20,500,000 from the 201.2.36.21.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all.
