In order to dismantle and maintain the main system of construction machinery, the construction machinery maintenance business is registered for comprehensive construction machinery maintenance business, but the Defendant registered as a business of maintenance of voltage specialized construction machinery, and operated a comprehensive construction machinery business by disassemblying and maintaining the main agents falling under the main system of construction machinery, from the Defendant’s operation “D” in the Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-do around July 19, 2016, to the Defendant.
