A. On June 20, 2007, the Plaintiff registered ownership in the name of the Plaintiff on June 20, 2008, a motor vehicle purchased by the Defendant to use for the purpose of performing scrap metal business (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”).

B. The defendant is keeping the automobile of this case.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant purchased the instant vehicle for business purposes of the scrap metal business, and registered ownership in the name of the Plaintiff. Since the Plaintiff terminated the title trust on the instant automobile by delivery of a duplicate of the correction of the purport and cause of the instant claim, the Defendant is obligated to take over from the Plaintiff the transfer registration procedure based on the cancellation of the title trust on September 24, 2015, the delivery date of the correction of the purport and cause of the instant claim regarding the instant automobile.

3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
