1. The Defendant’s KRW 70,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from March 30, 2014 to January 26, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff loaned KRW 125,00,000 to the Defendant by December 31, 2013, which was determined as due date until August 28, 2012.
Since then, the defendant paid the above 125,000,000 won at the above 125,000,000 won, and the defendant accepted the above 60,000,000 won out of 120,000,000,000 won, which remains after the due date for repayment, for the delay of the due date for repayment until March 30, 2014.
The Defendant, on April 14, 2014, deposited KRW 50,000,000 and KRW 50,000,000 on July 29, 2014 to the Plaintiff’s account and partly repaid to the Plaintiff’s account, but did not repay the remainder of KRW 70,00,000,00,00, which led to the instant claim.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
