Around 03:20 on August 13, 2018, the Defendant received a 112 report from the head of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Public Security Center to return home on the front of the C Public Security Center located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and received a recommendation to return home from the slope E belonging to the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Police Station D District Unit, which was dispatched to the site, such as “the flag of fe head,” “the flag of fe head, and the flag from the fe head of the combat police.” In doing so, the Defendant prices twice the same flaf as the fe head of the police officer’s back flae.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of 112 reported cases.
