2.Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

Nevertheless, from April 19, 2016 to May 20, 2016, the Defendant operated the C Game Chapter on the B and the second floor of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the second floor from around 20:00, and had many unspecified customers use the said game, and had them gain certain points each time they appeared, and converted them into KRW 9,000 per 10,000.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water as a business.
