except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On January 2016, when the Defendant requested refund of the goods purchased through the “D” service provided for customers’ convenience to the online shopping mall operated by the Victim Company B, the Defendant came to know of the fact that the customer arbitrarily inputs the delivery of the goods, and subsequently, he made a false declaration that part of the goods ordered using the goods were omitted, or that he did not return the goods actually purchased, but instead did not return the goods, he did not intend to abuse the “D” service by means of cancelling credit card settlement by inputting a false transport invoice number.

On January 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) visited the said website to return to the seller “D” that had already been purchased on the said website by accessing the “E” site to the seller; (b) had access to the “D” service; and (c) had access to the “D” service; and (d) had access to the “D” service; (c) had the seller enter a false door-to-door transport invoice number into the “return number” column so that the purchase price of the goods can be refunded; and (d) had the credit card settlement of KRW 119,000 for the said goods be revoked; and at the same time, the Defendant processed the information processing system operated by the said C’s computer to take measures for refund upon the request for return of goods sold to the seller.

The Defendant, from around that time to March 5, 2018, indicated in the list of crimes [excluding (i) 00:59:00 on February 27, 2017; (ii) 09:3:05 on March 27, 2017; and (iii) 00:48:19 on March 27, 2017; and (iv) 15:41:31 on August 3, 2017; and (v) 60,94,74 won in total by inputting false information into the information processing device, such as a computer, etc.; and (v) 1,283 items in the same manner as above, acquires property benefits with a total of 1,283 items, and at the same time acquires information processing.
