The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles, the lower court’s ruling and the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, acceptable measures against the Defendant’s assertion of mistake on the grounds of its stated reasoning, and there were no errors by misapprehending the legal doctrine on statutory errors.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
