All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.
1. Basic facts
A. On July 19, 2010, the Defendant, on July 19, 201, shall be Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Il-gi 34,261.5 square meters (hereinafter “instant project area”) in accordance with the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents.
The project area of this case was designated as E in November 19, 2009 by the Seoul Special Metropolitan City public notice of E in order to carry out the project (see the evidence No. 3 of this case).
With respect to the land located within the instant business area, Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F large 64.1 square meters, the following buildings shall be referred to as "the building of this case":
b)There. There is a passage to the inside of a building through a gate connected with one building [the following (c) parts] by which the degree of two persons can simultaneously pass (current waste and various waste materials are filled up).
) There is another building with 2nd floor structure. Each of the above buildings is separate from other buildings around the cement structure axis (see evidence 8-1) that are constructed independently (see evidence 8-1). The second floor of the above 2nd floor (see part (a) of the forest below) of the building of the 2nd floor is divided into the first floor (see evidence 12 of the 12nd floor) and the passage to the second floor through the steel structure (see evidence 12 of the 2nd floor). The passage to the second floor is the same as the following (hereinafter referred to as the "building's each part"). The passage to the second floor is the subject of the above steel structure. The passage to the second floor is the subject matter of this paragraph:

C. As to the instant building, the following three existing unauthorized building ledgers are prepared.
