A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

A is a waer with the name of "E" in the "D key points" located in the building of the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu Seoul, and the defendant B is the pet of the above A.

Defendant

A around 00:30 on March 5, 2015, around 00:30, the victim F and the victim G who had been a guest in the “D key store” was studio.

1. Defendant A

A. On March 5, 2015, at around 02:51, the Defendant: (a) told the victim F, who was trying to go to the house, after paying the drinking value, went to the “Hju” in the vicinity of the said “Dju”; (b) went to the “Hju”; and (c) made the victim B to go to the same alcohol as the victim.

On March 5, 2015, the Defendant, upon receipt of a request from the victim to find cash for the payment of the above “H key point”, issued the Victim’s KB National Card and password to receive the Victim’s KB National Card and password, and then withdrawn KRW 300,000 after entering the said KB’s card and password into the cash withdrawal machine installed outside of the “I convenience point” located in the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building, and then used the said KB’s card and password for personal use, such as the Defendant’s living cost, in the mind of the Seoul Metropolitan City, without delivering it to the Victim while keeping it for the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

B. On March 5, 2015, around 03:10 on March 5, 2015, the fraud Defendant: (a) went first to the victim G, who was drunk, without calculating the drinking value; and (b) made a false statement to calculate the drinking value.

However, even if the above F was to pay the drinking value first and the above ‘D', the Defendant was thought to receive double payment of the drinking value by using the victim's drinking.

The Defendant, as such, deceiving the victim and obtained the Defendant’s bank card and password from the victim’s seat, i.e., the victim’s credit card and password, and on March 5, 2015, around 03:17 and around 03:18 of the same day, installed outside the “I convenience store” located in the building C in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
