A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had worked from March 1, 2013 to April 30, 2018 at the said workplace and had not paid KRW 15,434,868 of the I’s retirement pay to the said workplace within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of payment dates.
