Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On March 18, 2016, the Defendant driven a B SP vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.081% of alcohol level 0.081% from the two-meter section from the front road of Seoul Council members to the front road of Elmaart located in 776-3, due to the reunification of Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to the front road of 780 in the same route.
