When the Defendants opened and operated G, H, I, etc. a private sports soil site, they received money from the members of the site to charge the money in the betting amount, and recruited members who met the result of various domestic and foreign sports games to receive a refund according to the dividend rate.

Accordingly, from April 20 to September 3, 2014, the Defendants, along with the above G, opened one K and L site, which is a private sports territory gambling site in Vietnam, from around April 20, 2013 to around September 3, 2014, opened a large number of members, recruited a number of members, and then wired KRW 132,037,00 from members to the bank account in the name of M as shown in the crime list in the attached list of crimes, and deposited the members with the betting money. The Defendants, while having members predicted the winning of various domestic and foreign sports games, would be at least KRW 5,00, a maximum of KRW 1,000,000, KRW 1,000,000 at one time, were charged with the above website in the manner of remitting the refund money according to the set rate of dividend in accordance with the attached Table 16 days.

Of them, G and H overall control over the operation of the above gambling site by controlling and managing Defendant N, etc. with 40% of the amount of illegal profits as a joint operator, and distributing profits to them. I as a joint operator of Ido, with 20% of the amount of illegal profits, under the overall control of the above gambling site, they were investigated as a sole operator at the time of controlling the above gambling site.
