1. The Plaintiff’s obligation to the Defendant 16,648,786 won in total and interest 12,248,786 won.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Evidence A Nos. 1 through 5, the Defendant filed a claim against the Plaintiff for the repayment of the loans indicated in the order on September 19, 2017, and the above claims are as indicated in the order as of October 31, 2017. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff received a decision of immunity in Daejeon District Court 2015, 2350, and the said decision became final and conclusive on February 18, 2016. According to the above facts, according to the above facts, the Plaintiff’s above obligations against the Defendant were exempted from the said decision of immunity, and the Plaintiff was able to seek confirmation that the said obligations were discharged against the Defendant demanding the payment of the above obligations.
