However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On June 28, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on the same day, and on October 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1,500,00 as a fine for the same crime at the same court on the same day, and was in violation of the obligation under the Road Traffic Act that may not be driven on two or more occasions under the influence of alcohol.

On March 10, 2019, at around 12:20, the Defendant driven a car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.063% in the section of about 15 km from the front of the city of Busan to the front of the city of Yangsan-si, the Defendant driven a car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.063%.

However, it is decided as per the disposition by taking into account all the sentencing conditions, such as the fact that it is not serious to the degree of being taken, the reflective fact, and driving circumstances.
