[Criminal facts]

1. On September 30, 2017, from around 12:30 to October 09:00 of the same year, the Defendant: (a) opened a fixed type of dracker, which was in advance holding at the first floor of D hospital D in C, and at the entrance and exit of D in C, from around March 30 to around 09:00 of the same year; and (b) stolen cash owned by the victim E, which is one of the victims E, by cutting out and intrusioned with the dracker at the entrance and the entrance at the entrance.

2. On October 16, 2017, the Defendant opened and intruded the entrance door of the room room which was not set up in the “G inside” located in the “F of the Gangwon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City” on October 16, 2017, and takes part in 6,800,000 won in cash, the victim’s ownership, and merchandise coupon 10,000 won in the cover of the victim H.

3. On October 23, 2017, the Defendant intruded through the entrance opened at the 77th of the East Sea City Council in the East Sea as of 12:00 on 23, 2017, the Defendant 150,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, within the bank of the victim in the following year, by cutting the date type dracker, which was in possession of the victim’s drack on the books set by the JJ, and by cutting the date type dracker, which was in possession of the victim’s drack on the books set up by the JJ, and then 150,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession within the bank.

4. The Defendant on January 2, 2017
