1. The Plaintiff, Defendant C shall be KRW 36,500,000, and Defendant B shall be jointly and severally with Defendant C, whichever is 30,000,000 among the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Claim against Defendant B: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
