When the Defendant runs along or stops a vehicle in such a way that a vehicle runs slowly or stops, such as side roads, alleyway, and a vehicle access roads, the Defendant intentionally approaching the vehicle, resulting in a traffic accident, and even though he did not have any injury requiring medical treatment, he did not request the vehicle driver to handle the insurance, and received money from the insurance company as agreed money and treatment expenses.

1. On May 30, 2010, when the Defendant discovered E-line Motor Vehicles driven by D in the vicinity of the “C Bank” located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, the Defendant: (a) discovered the said vehicle in front of the vehicle; (b) laid off the front of the said vehicle and the right bridge part of the said vehicle; and (c) obtained KRW 874,720 from the F Co., Ltd., the victim, as if the accident occurred due to D’s negligence, he/she requested D to handle insurance; and (d) received KRW 874,720 as agreed money, etc. from the victim, from September 26, 201 to September 26, 2011, he/she acquired KRW 1,831,290 in total from two insurance companies, the victim, as shown in attached Table 1.

2. On June 10, 2017, the Defendant of the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention discovered a vehicle in J SP which is driven by an I driven in the narrow road in front of the “H” located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and then used his/her hand on the right side side of the said vehicle by punishing for the sale, and then received KRW 1,575,830 from K as if I had an accident due to I’s negligence and received KRW 1,575,830 for an agreement, etc. from the victim corporation by May 23, 2018. In addition, the Defendant’s violation of the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention is a multiple method in total nine times from four insurance companies, the victim of the crime, including the attached Table 2, “9,684,120 won, KRW 284, 120, KRW 984,120, KRW 1200,” as stated in the charges in the attached Table 2.
