A. From February 9, 2015 to April 30, 2020, the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant and retired from office as its employee, but has not received wages of KRW 12,943,414 (the total amount of wages of KRW 2,943,414) up to now, 16,46, retirement allowances of KRW 16,461,286, annual allowances of KRW 3,179,008, and other money and valuables of KRW 208,720 (year-end refund).

B. According to Articles 36 and 37(1) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, an employer shall pay wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days after the cause for the payment occurred, and if not, he shall pay interest in arrears at the rate of 20% per annum.

C. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 32,792,428 won with 20% interest per annum from May 15, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
