However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On January 10, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at around 01:59, the Defendant driven B rocketing car in the direction of about 5km from the front of the ductal high school located in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.171%.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On January 10, 2016, at around 01:59, the Defendant driven the said car with a alcohol content of 0.171%, while under the influence of alcohol during blood, and led the Defendant to drive the said car along a two-lane road in front of the sexual light high school located in 150, Daegu Northern-gu, Seoul, along the four-lane distance from the inspection team, along a one-lane way.

At the time, the defendant's running direction is that the DNA rocketing car driven by the victim C(42 ) was stopped due to the signal atmosphere, and therefore, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to maintain the safety distance with the front and rear left and right of the vehicle, while maintaining the safety distance with the front and rear vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to do so, was found to have been in the front part of the Category B of the D rocketing car driven by the said victim by negligence.

Defendant 1 suffered from the injury, such as finite finites, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to victims E (n, 42 years of age) who was accompanied by the victim C and the damaged vehicle due to such occupational negligence.
