2. There is no significant change in circumstances after the judgment of the court below to consider the sentencing of the defendant.

Examining the sentencing conditions indicated in the records and changes of the instant case, particularly when the lower limit of imprisonment with prison labor in special larceny is one year and the sentencing grounds of the lower court’s judgment are compared, the lower court’s punishment is heavy even considering all the circumstances alleged by the Defendant on the grounds of appeal.
