1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 36,602,097 and KRW 35,777,818, whichever is applicable, 23.5% per annum from October 5, 2018 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The defendant, after being served with the original copy of the payment order of this case, submitted only a formal objection that does not dispute the cause of the claim of the plaintiff after being served with the original copy of the payment order of this case. Since the plaintiff was absent on the date of pleading without submitting a subsequent response, all of the plaintiff's allegations are deemed to have been led to the confession of all of the plaintiff's allegations.
