Punishment of the crime
On March 18, 2016, the Defendant driven BM5 car from around 30 meters in the section of 30 meters from the dlimbben parking lot located as the shockhead of Gwangju Dong-gu to the Gu Nenema in the composition of Gwangju Dong-gu, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.13% among blood transfusion around 23:50.
