Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 145] The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in a B SP site.

At around 06:00 on July 9, 2013, the Defendant driven a D Ecoo motor vehicle with approximately KRW 500 meters alcohol content 0.072% under the influence of alcohol in a section of approximately 500 meters from the galking of the so-called “fagbs” to the vicinity of the 4-distance Don-si, Namwon-si.
