1. The defendant,
A. On July 28, 2017, the termination of the consignment management contract on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(B) However, the legal interest rate of 12% per annum pursuant to the "Rules on Legal Interest Rate in the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings" amended on May 14, 2019 concerning the damages for delay in Paragraph 1-b of this Article shall be applied, and the claims exceeding the scope shall be dismissed).
