1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant lent KRW 100 million to the Defendant on September 30, 2013, and then seek payment of KRW 50,000,000 and damages for delay.
However, there is no evidence to acknowledge the authenticity of Gap evidence No. 1, and it is insufficient to recognize that the plaintiff lent money to the defendant in light of the descriptions of Gap evidence Nos. 2 and 3.
Therefore, the plaintiff's assertion cannot be accepted.
Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit.
