On July 18, 2013, the Defendant drafted a written complaint against G and H with a computer for the purpose of having G and H receive criminal punishment in the “F” site office located in E in the male and female city.

On April 23, 2008, the complaint prepared an application for new transaction at the inncheon Branch of the National Bank of Korea, which is located in the Soh-si, Sin-si without the consent of the defendant, and opened a passbook in the name of the defendant. On April 26, 2012, the purpose of the complaint is to punish the defendant as a joint guarantor, without the defendant's consent or consent, in order to obtain an advance payment performance guarantee policy necessary to conclude the construction contract of the structure among the I operated by the defendant and the Jho-si local highway confirmation and packaging between the defendant and the Kho-si Industrial Corporation.

However, in fact, the above national bank passbook was established by G with the consent of the defendant like the above national bank loan branch, and the above joint and several guarantee was also accepted by the defendant from the defendant, and the guarantor needs to be required for the above construction contract.

Nevertheless, on July 19, 2013, the defendant submitted the above complaint to the police officer who is unable to know his name at the general civil petition office in the Jeoncheon-nam Police Station.

In this respect, the defendant was arrested by G and H for the purpose of having the criminal punishment imposed.
