On May 7, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny, etc. at night, and on October 25, 2012 at the Seogwon District Court, Daejeon District Court, Daejeon District Court, on October 25, 2012, and on February 9, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the said final sentence in the Seogsan District Court on February 9, 2013.

1. From June 1, 2013 to 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance glass to the victim D’s house located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, and then cancelled the corrective device by inserting the hand into the entrance; and (b) intruded the corrective device; and (c) stolen the Defendant with the property of KRW 4,50,000,000 in total, including 30,000,000 won per 18,000,000 won per market price; and (d) one 1,000,000 won per 1,000,000 won per 1,000,000 won per head; and (d) one 1,000,000 won per head on the clothes.

In addition, from March 21, 2013 to November 29, 2013, the Defendant attempted to steal or steal the victims’ property throughout 18 times in total (the total market value of the damaged goods in the attached Form 8,807,000 and the following 150,000 won in total, as shown in the following list, from March 21, 2013 to November 29, 2013.).

Around 11:00 on June 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim H located in Busan Jin-gu G and the first floor of Busan Jin-gu; (b) destroyed the back door glass of the house; (c) opened a corrected door and cut down the crepan inside the house; and (d) cut down the crepan of the victim’s market price owned by the victim who was in the air conditioning c,500 won.
