Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On November 15, 2015, the Defendant driven a B-car from the area near the new market in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the uppermost of about 50 meters from around 10,000, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.097% during blood transfusion around 01:35.
