The defendant shall pay 1,99,70,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from July 30, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Claims for the construction cost based on the contract for civil works and new construction works of Gangseo-gun, Gangwon-gu, Seoul, Nov. 30, 2017, against the Defendant indicated by the Plaintiff as to the indication of claims;
