1. The Defendant’s representative director and internal director based on resignation on February 7, 2018 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

Considering the overall purport of the arguments in the statement Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff can be acknowledged as the fact that at the request of the defendant's actual manager C, the plaintiff was registered as the defendant's representative director and in-house director from April 5, 2017, and the defendant declared his/her intention of resignation on February 7, 2018. Accordingly, the defendant is liable to implement the procedures for the registration of resignation of the representative director and in-house director.
