A. The facts as indicated in the separate sheet are as follows: (a) there is no dispute between the parties, or the remaining Defendants except the Plaintiff and Defendant G, may be recognized by taking account of the overall purport of the entries and arguments in subparagraphs A and C; and (b) it is deemed that the Plaintiff and Defendant G have led to confession.

B. According to the above facts, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for cancellation of the registration of the establishment of a mortgage completed by the Seoul Central District Court No. 45430, Nov. 11, 1992 with respect to the Plaintiff’s share in the real estate listed in the attached list of real estate.

2. The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
