When a fine is to be paid, it shall be confined in a workhouse for 40 days.

On April 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:45, around 21:45, at a singing shop managed by C (33 taxes) located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) on the ground that the hours of use by C was completed and the Defendant was bad to receive a request from C; (c) on the ground that he was placed on the ground of beer as beer; (d) on the ground of beer; (e) on the ground of beer; (e) on the ground of beer; and (e) intending to open the entrance of another customer, the Defendant was unable to avoid disturbance for about 30 minutes.
