Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including additional numbers), it may recognize the fact that the additional payment amount of KRW 30,00,000 to B on May 3, 2012 is KRW 21.9% per annum, overdue interest rate of KRW 24% per annum, overdue interest rate of KRW 24% per annum, and May 10, 2015, the Defendant guaranteed the Defendant’s loan obligation of KRW 39,00,000 within the limit of KRW 39,00,00,000. The Defendant lost its interest due interest interest of KRW 27,895,413, interest or overdue interest of KRW 14,343,572, and the additional payment amount of KRW 273,370 per annum, and the Kable Savings Bank was declared bankrupt and was appointed as the bankruptcy trustee by the Plaintiff.
