except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

While serving as public duty personnel in the Korea Railroad Corporation B, the Defendant retired from service for a total of at least eight days on July 28, 2012 (1), August 7, 2012 (1), October 7, 2012 to October 9, 2012 (3), October 14, 2012 to October 15 (2) and October 13, 2013 (1) without justifiable grounds.
