However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a car with CBelgium.

On October 15, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.186% from the blood alcohol level around 00:10 on October 15, 2016, and driven the said vehicle at a non-speed speed depending on three-lanes in front of the D in light of luminous direction toward the refluence at the downstream of the flow.

However, due to the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in driving on the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle, and due to the negligence that the Defendant was unable to accurately operate the steering gear and operation devices, and received the back part of the FITI 100-wheeled vehicle driven by the victim E ( South, 62 years old).
