On April 19, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Suwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on April 27, 201.

From January 1, 2009 to December 31, 201, the Defendant leased and used the land of 18 lots, such as Kuung-gu, Soung-gu, the Korea Rural Community Corporation on December 24, 2008, “The lease period: from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 201,” and “the purpose of lease: the purpose of lease: the cultivation of crops; the victim E/F is specified as the victim only. However, in this case, since E and F were in the process of seeking the transfer of the right of lease from the Defendant as the Dong enterprise, it is reasonable to view both E and F as the victim.

After opening a "G" in the name of F, it sought land for planting trees for landscaping purposes.

On August 209 through September 9, 2009, the Defendant made a false statement to the G Office located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si, the Defendant: (a) as to the land on 13 lots, such as the land he leased and used by the Korea Rural Community Corporation (hereinafter “instant land”); (b) “F would have the right to lease 190 million won as the premium for the transfer of the right to lease, and (c) would have the right to lease endedly transferred the right to lease 190 million won to F; and (d) since he had cultivated the beginning and ornamental trees on the instant land since he had previously leased the land.”

However, since the land of this case was leased for the purpose of growing crops, such as bean, it was not possible to plant pine trees other than growing crops, and it was not possible to transfer the right of lease normally to the victim due to the termination of the lease itself when transferring or sub-leaseing the right of lease.

The Defendant shall transfer the right of lease of KRW 5 million from the victims on December 3, 2009, KRW 5 million on December 9, 2009, KRW 50 million on December 9, 2009, and KRW 45 million on December 18, 2009.
