The defendant is a holder of a two-wheeled vehicle that has no number plate 650cc.
On August 19, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile at approximately 500 meters from the crosssection of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu to the front road 2267, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
