도로교통법위반(음주운전)
Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives B vehicles and has twice the history of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving).
On June 28, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 01:05, was unable to drive a motor vehicle, etc. on the road at approximately 500 meters from the roads front of the Cheonggggccccer in the Suwon-dong, Gwangju-gu, to the roads front of the Magnckccchan located in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol at least 0.061% of alcohol concentration.
