As above, insurance money was paid up to 120 days when the Defendant was hospitalized due to the same disease according to the content of the guarantee of the insurance subscribed by the Defendant. After the lapse of 180 days after the discharge, insurance money was paid up to 120 days when the Defendant was hospitalized due to the same disease, and insurance money was paid up to 180 days after the discharge, and for the purpose of receiving insurance money, such as hospitalization expenses and health expenses, etc. rather than medical treatment, with the intention of receiving medical personnel’s continuous management and observation, without need to undergo the continuous management and observation, for the purpose of receiving the insurance money, the Defendant was hospitalized for a long period of time when the patient was hospitalized, or was hospitalized for a long time after receiving the insurance money by receiving documents necessary for receiving the insurance money, such as a certificate of hospitalization, diagnosis, etc. stating that at the time of discharge had been appropriately hospitalized.

On February 18, 2008, the Defendant claimed insurance money as if he had received normal hospitalization for 186 days at a hospital located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul) from August 14, 2007 to February 15, 2008 on the ground of cerebral typhism at a hospital located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C.
