1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed with the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and 5% per annum from December 26, 2007 to December 3, 2014.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: On March 13, 2007, the Plaintiff lent KRW 65.7 million to Defendant B on July 30, 2007, with the due date set at July 30, 2007. However, the above Defendant, on October 28, 2007, had to pay the principal and interest of KRW 50 million, which was not repaid until December 25, 2007, and Defendant C guaranteed the above debt.
