1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract as of August 26, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Although the Plaintiff entered into and managed the above consignment management contract with the Defendant on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet, the Defendant is obligated to pay 11,968,100 won, including overdue management fees, environmental improvement fees, insurance premiums, and fines for negligence, and delay damages by 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from August 27, 2016 to the date following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case, and the Plaintiff expressed his/her intent to terminate the above consignment management contract.
