1. The defendant shall issue and deliver share certificates corresponding to the shares listed in the separate sheet to B.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff in the indication of the claim has a national tax claim equivalent to KRW 1,194,442,480 against Section B, and Section B holds shares totaling to KRW 38,664 as the defendant's shareholder. The plaintiff, in subrogation of B, shall issue and deliver share certificates equivalent to KRW 38,664 of the defendant's shares owned by B to Section B (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
