A. Status 1) The Defendant is a social welfare foundation for the purpose of establishing and operating medical welfare facilities for the aged, the elderly at home, the home welfare center, the first home funeral hall, the medical care center, the second home care center, the second home care center, and the first home care center for the aged (hereinafter “the first home care center”).

(2) The Plaintiffs, No. 1 through 25, as indicated in [Attachment 1] List No. 1, are those working as caregivers at our Medical Care Center, and the Plaintiff A, No. 26, is those working as caregivers at the two medical care centers.

(hereinafter the plaintiffs Nos. 1 through 25 of the above list are "Korea Medical Care Center plaintiffs," and the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs are "the plaintiffs".

The plaintiffs' warning strike and the defendant's lock-out and dismissal notification1) The plaintiffs shall be a public non-regular trade union (hereinafter referred to as "trade union") to improve treatment.

(2) On July 5, 2013, a trade union joined the collective bargaining with the Defendant on several occasions from March 6, 2013, but no smooth conclusion has been made. (2) The trade union announced that it will go to the warning strike from July 5, 2013.

3) On July 5, 2013, the trade union, including the plaintiffs, started to conduct a warning strike from around 07:00, as scheduled, and the defendant confirmed the plaintiffs' strike, and transferred the patients who were in Korea medical care center at the time to other medical care center and hospital. At around 1:00 on the same day, the defendant was conducting a lock-out at around 11:00, and withdrawn a lock-out from 18:00 on the same day to 200, but maintained the lock-out for Korea medical care center and 200.4) The trade union and the defendant agreed on the lock-out from July 19, 2013 to August 8, 2013.
