1. The defendant shall pay 78,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 12, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, from June 28, 2013 to February 19, 2014, lent a total of KRW 78 million to the Defendant on several occasions, but the Defendant did not make payment.
Amounting to KRW 20,00,000 on June 28, 2013, KRW 10,000 on September 2, 2013, 2013; KRW 20,000,000 on October 29, 2013; KRW 10,000 on November 27, 2013; KRW 15,000,000 on December 24, 2013; KRW 15,000,000 on January 28, 2014; KRW 2,00,000 on February 14, 2014; and KRW 78,000 on the aggregate of KRW 3,00,000 on February 19, 2014; and
2. Judgment by publication of the basis (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
