On August 8, 2014, the Defendant driven a BYF rocketing vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.165% alcohol concentration at a distance of not more than 1m in front of the road 57-2 prior to the Yangju-si Round on August 8, 2014.

Article 59(1) of the Criminal Act (Article 59(1) of the Suspension of Pronouncement of Pronouncement of Pronouncement of Pronouncement of Pronouncement of Pronouncement of : (1) of the Criminal Act (including the following circumstances: (a) the Defendant acknowledges and reflects his mistake; (b) the Defendant was waiting for an acting engineer after drinking alcohol and waiting for an acting engineer on the vehicle; (c) the Defendant appears to have committed the instant crime while travelling the vehicle in the future; (d) the driving distance is only one meter; and (e) the damage caused by the instant accident is merely one meter; (c) the damage caused by the instant accident was recovered in entirety; and (d) the circumstances indicated in the instant records, such as the Defendant’s difficult economic circumstances; and (e) the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, etc.).
