Reasons

According to the records, while the defendant is served with the notification of the receipt of trial records and the notification of the appointment of a public defender on November 20, 2012, the defendant did not submit the grounds for appeal within 20 days from the deadline for submitting the legitimate grounds for appeal, and the petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal and does not contain any grounds for ex officio investigation on the records. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed pursuant to Article 361-
